As in years past, NSD Spring Hockey offers something for everyone and focuses on developing minor hockey players' core skills, team tactics and understanding of the game of hockey in a fun, yet intensive team atmosphere. Players are able to get the skill development they need & lacked during the winter season. Depending on the age group, the program will offer a specified number of on-ice hours followed by hockey specific dryland training instructed by Certified NSD Instructors and NSD's Elite High Performance Trainers.
